Technical Support Manager 

 

Paul earned his Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University and has been with Tricerat since 2013. As our technical support manager, Paul is the face of customer service here at Tricerat. He manages a dedicated team of Tech Support and Sales Engineers and makes sure everything runs smoothly.  

From conducting demonstrations and installation of Tricerat’s products, drafting proof of concepts, and troubleshooting sessions for over 10,000 users around the world, Paul is hands on at every stage of a customer’s support experience. He and his team are always available to help guide customers through Tricerat’s customer on-boarding process and continuing relationship. Paul also personally manages all VIP and Enterprise customers’ support experience, including licensing, software upgrades, and active support cases.
