Meet Mic. Mic is the Sales Operations Manager here at Tricerat. Mic works hard each day to make sure his sales team is motivated and excited about their work. He keeps a pulse on Tricerat’s sales culture, sales operations and of course, sales results. Mic is a Connecticut native who attended Boston College and began his career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in San Diego. When he’s not chasing sales, you can find him on the edge of the water chasing fish. His passion for the deep blue has taken him to Cabo in search of marlin, to Florida in search of grouper, to the Sierras in search of trout, to Gloucester in search of bluefin and to Texas in search of bass. If it swims…he can catch it. When he’s not knee deep in sales projects and projections, he likes to spend time outdoors hiking and biking and he even makes his own fishing rods and lures. He lives locally with his wife of 15 years and his 20-month old son…who is THE BEST! We believe we caught ourselves a keeper!
Three objects on my desk…
I have a bonsai tree on my desk, I always like to have a plant in my office so I can take care of it and watch it grow, just like my sales team. I also have a YETI mug that keeps my coffee nice and hot throughout the day and lastly, a picture of my son and my wife to remind me why I work so hard!
The first device I reach for in the morning…
After the coffee machine I reach for my new Google Pixel phone! Gotta see what’s happening in the world!
