The new headquarters will be located in the Hangar Building, a former airplane manufacturing facility near the [Union Collective](https://www.union-collective.com/). The building has been updated to accommodate office space by [Seawall Development](https://www.seawall.com/) and will be the home for multiple businesses in the future. Tricerat will be joined by [Harvey Agency](https://www.harveyagency.com/), who is also opening a location within the Hangar Building. Currently, two other businesses have moved into the Hangar Building, [Maryland Philanthropy Network](https://www.marylandphilanthropy.org/) and [CreditXpert](https://creditxpert.com/). Tricerat is working with [American Office](https://americanoffice.com/) to help capture their branding and design throughout the 9,000 square foot space. Once completed, the space will be able to host 35 team members along with multiple breakout rooms and common areas. Having built volunteer work into the company’s culture through work with both the [Baltimore Curriculum Project](https://www.baltimorecp.org/) and [Baltimore Tree Trust](https://www.baltimoretreetrust.org/) in the past, a move into Baltimore City is natural for Tricerat. COO Hannah Byrne stated in an article with [Technical.ly](https://technical.ly/baltimore/2020/09/15/tricerat-printing-software-pioneer-moving-headquarters-hangar-building-county-city-remote-work/), “We didn’t just want to go to the city and help out. We want to be in the city actually doing it, providing jobs in the city.” The company also values being closer to other tech businesses in the Baltimore area. The offices are scheduled to be completed and opened in the beginning of 2021 though all Tricerat staff are currently working remote due to COVID-19 protocols.
