triCerat also Acquires TMULimit – Application
Enhances Performance and Usability of Microsoft® Windows®
and Terminal Server

7, 2004 - triCerat, a software development firm
providing applications that enhance the operation of Citrix®
MetaFrame® and Microsoft® Terminal Server, and TMurgent
Technologies, a Boston-based consultancy founded by industry
veteran Tim Mangan specializing in centralized application
deployment, today announce a far-reaching agreement which
provides triCerat with broad access to TMurgent technology
and expertise.

that want to lower their support costs and improve the performance
of their server-based computing infrastructure,” said

together, TMurgent and triCerat will build upon this success
by providing new and improved applications for overcoming

Under the terms of the agreement, triCerat acquires the
exclusive development and distribution rights to TMULimit,
a software application that enhances the performance and
usability of Microsoft Windows® and Terminal Server.
triCerat will launch an enhanced version of TMULimit, called
Simplify Resources™, in June 2004.
The agreement also establishes an ongoing consulting relationship
between the firms. This will bolster triCerat’s development
and management capabilities, enhancing and accelerating
the roll-out of the company’s next-generation products.
