Deploying ScrewDrivers and Citrix Combo with Web Interface 5.2.0

In certain versions of the Citrix Web Interface you can deploy a single Citrix and ScrewDrivers combination installer. This can be achieved by replacing the Citrix installer with the ScrewDrivers & Citrix Client combo installer. This is not supported in certain versions of the Web Interface due to incompatible naming conventions.

Everyone and their moms know what PDFs are, but most people don't understand PostScript. What is PostScript and how does PostScript relate to PDF? I found this great article by David Evans on Adobe's website that explains everything you need to know about PDF and PostScript: http://www.adobe.com/print/features/psvspdf/

Why backup data?
The modern disasters of 9/11 and Hurricane Katrina demonstrate the ramifications of natural and non-natural disasters. Many companies did not have sufficient disaster recovery plans that covered serious scenarios. In the September 11th tragedy approximately 13,000 servers and 34,000 PCs were lost –entire infrastructures with no off-site backups. Priceless amounts of data lost forever.

An Example of Disaster Recovery

I stumbled across an interesting blurb on Brian Madden's twitter page - Microsoft's Windows Server 2008 R2 will only be available for x64 platforms. This milestone identifies a major shift in CPU architecture standards from x86 to x64. The migration has been a slow one, with the first 64-bit processor released to market in 2000. But before you'll know it 64-bit won't be an option, it'll be a requirement.

Managing profiles in a Windows environments is a difficult task so don't feel bad if you're having problems. You are not alone. All three Windows profiles (local, roaming, and mandatory) provide benefits but severely lack integral features which complicate either management or functionality, or both. Your goal is to simplify profile management without compromising user and application functionality.
