We’re the Help Desk for the help desk
The System Admins and I.T. folks who work the Help Desk are great about helping office staff with everything from setting up a workstation on their first day to cleaning viruses the CEO downloaded on her personal iPad. Yet, who is there help these under-appreciated and under-supported help heroes?
We’d like to be part of that support through this blog. We’ll be covering topics that concern IT folks right now – like how to create a standard policy for BYOD (Bring Your Own Device), efficiently supporting the roaming “road warriors” and discussing future technologies and workplace applications.
We’re not, however, just for system admins. This blog is for anyone interested technological challenges in the workplace and how to deal with them. We’re also for those who hate wasting time (and money) and want to make their office more efficient, manageable and productive.
