| License Reactivation |
For those who have a need to reactivate their license, please review the following information prior to placing the request:
Active triCare Agreement (triCare Maintenance is up to date - not past expiration.)
What qualifies as license reactivation:
- You have decommissioned a server and need to transfer a triCerat license from one server to another.
- Your server operating system is being rebuilt, requiring a new machine ID/modifier number to appear.
- Changes have been made to your server such as re-imaging or renaming it.
- Changes to server hardware (e.g. hard drive or network card)

Upgrade Information for Current triCerat Customers
Active triCare Agreement (triCare Maintenance is up to date - not past expiration.)
What qualifies as license upgrade:
- You own a copy of triCerat software and would like to upgrade your current license serial number to the newest version e.g. Version 2x to Version 3x
NOTE: Any upgrade within a particular version does not require an upgrade request or a new serial number. e.g. ScrewDrivers version 3.18 to version 3.51
