FAQs:
Machine ID(8 characters) is an alphanumeric ID unique to the hardware/software on your machine. It can be found in the license management utility of the Simplify Suite Console or in the license entry key of the following products:
  • Simplify Suite v4- new!
  • Screwdrivers v3- new!
  • Simplify Printing v3 (includes PMP)
  • Simplify Data Transfer
  • Simplify Resources
Modifier No. is an alphanumeric ID beginning with a $ sign(plus 8 characters) unique to the hardware/software on your machine. It can be found in the license entry key of the following products:
  • Screwdrivers v1
  • Screwdrivers v2 (fXp)
  • Desktop 2001
  • Regset
  • Simplify Printing v2
  • PMP
*License reactivation requests can take up to 48 hours to process for approval, so please plan accordingly.
