Key Role:
The Executive Assistant will provide executive-level administrative support to the President. This role encompasses a broad variety of duties, and requires flexibility and drive to be a team player that enjoys taking on projects to support the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft and edit correspondence, such as high-quality memos, emails, reports, and other materials that include highly confidential information
- Maintain and prioritize calendars, schedules, and appointments
- Support the execution of various projects assigned by the President
- Assist in scheduling and planning for events, such as meetings, conferences and presentations which may include coordinating arrangements for participants, handling logistics, preparing and disseminating materials
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files and records
- Identify business issues and coordinate an appropriate response with the key executives
- Utilize word processing software to assist with document production which includes editing, formatting, scanning, proofing and printing documents
- Handle administrative details and routine issues independently
Skills and Specifications:
- Extensive interaction with executives and other senior management
- Demonstrated ability to work with confidential and sensitive materials and situations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet-related media
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Possess excellent judgment and decision making skills
- Familiarity with Mac and other Apple hardware
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of five years experience as an executive assistant
