John is the cofounder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Tricerat, Inc. He has spent the greater part of 20 years cultivating his obsession with software and new technology. He admits that he's simply "addicted to well-designed products."
Prior to Tricerat, John spent ten years with the Mercantile Bank Shares Corporation, directing the transformation of the banks’ infrastructure to Citrix Metaframe. Realizing the apparent gaps within the print solution arena, John pounced on the opportunity to corner the niche market.
Based on the idea that small, privately owned companies can accommodate their clients with realistic and creative solutions, John was set on accomplishing this goal. In contrast to the 'built-to-flip' philosophy that drives many software companies, John has been guided by a 'built-to-last' platform, making Tricerat an unusual and special place.
John’s love for the well-crafted product is not limited to the advancement of the software industry alone – he’s an avid lover of European cars and any cutting edge technology. Mr. Beal is Tricerat's Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. With more than 30 years of proven experience increasing financial performance and improving productivity in a variety of industry settings, Tim plays a critical role in supporting Tricerat’s growth.
Tim brings C-level experience in the manufacturing, construction, distribution, healthcare, professional services, and fabrication industries to triCerat. Prior to starting and successfully running his own firm, Beal & Associates, LLC, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at several major companies.

Andrew Parlette is Vice President of Product Engineering at Tricerat, Inc. Andrew joined the company in 1999 as a software developer and now oversees the technical operations including direct management of the software development teams and customer service. Under Andrew's direction, Tricerat focuses on providing an outstanding customer experience. Additionally, he concentrates on developing quick to market, superior products that fulfill the needs of customers.

Eric is the VP of Research and Development and is a prime example of how tightly knit Tricerat is – he and Andrew Parlette have been friends for over 25 years. Eric has been working with Tricerat for over 15 years, where he has pioneered the evolution of ScrewDrivers and Simplify Printing TX technology. As Vice President of Business Development, Steve Walman is responsible for the development and growth of profitable new business relationships for Tricerat. Greg is the Director of North American Sales. Greg majored in Business Management with a focus in Marketing at Towson University. With over 15 years of success in winning business in a highly competitive environment, Greg is an ambitious, skilled, and talented professional qualified in the areas of management, hi-tech sales, and customer relations. Greg is committed to customer service and treats every customer as if they were his last.

Paula M. Waddell – Director of Marketing. With over 20 years experience in marketing, Paula firmly believes in listening to the voice of the customer. “If I’ve learned one thing over the years it's this: Success is not about me and it's not about the company… it's all about the customer. Hearing and understanding their needs, and ensuring a stellar experience." She holds two BS degrees from the University of Maryland; the first in Mechanical Engineering and the second in Marketing and Business Management. Paula has one son and enjoys supporting him in his variety of sports including soccer, baseball and tennis. She sits on the board of her local recreation council, chairs the baseball program, coaches Little League, and is an avid soccer player. Michelle Mohammadi is AVP, QA and Support. Michelle has over 20 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Testing and Product Support. Having worked in a variety of companies, from Fortune 500 to small start-ups, Michelle brings an entrepreneurial spirit to her role here at Tricerat. Michelle graduated from Towson University with a double major in Mathematics and Computer Science.
Michelle is a natural problem solver by day. However, with a large family, including five children, Michelle often gets to put her problem solving and time management skills to work at home as well. She also volunteers with various activities at her children’s schools and still finds time to read the latest Sci-Fi/Fantasy book. Murphy Baker is the AVP of Human Resources. Murphy brings nearly a decade of experience in the field of Human Resources and contributes a wealth of knowledge in the areas of recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, organizational and employee development that has helped to customize and enhance Tricerat’s HR Department. She is focused on building high performance teams while maintaining a positive, productive and cohesive work environment.
Murphy graduated from East Carolina University with a BS in Community Health Education. Outside of work, Murphy has a strong interest in health, include running, working out, and hiking.
