As tech services lead, he manages a dedicated team of Sales Engineers and Tech Support representatives, whose responsibilities include scheduling demonstrations and installation of Tricerat's products, drafting proof of concepts, and troubleshooting sessions for over 10,000 around the world. In order to deliver an exceptional customer experience, Paul and his team are always available to help guide customers through Tricerat's customer on-boarding process and continuing relationship. Paul personally manages all VIP and Enterprise customers’ support experience, including licensing, software upgrades, and active support cases.
